This Position reports to:R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Motion Drives Business in Jüri.

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Following work plans to ensure timely and high-quality execution
* Support debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing firmware and connectivity applications
* Help with automation, data analysis, or tool development to improve development and engineering workflows
* Collaborate with the project team and other colleagues to identify, define, or solve developmental problems

Qualifications for the role
* You are studying engineering with an interest in embedded systems, connectivity
* The opportunity to demonstrate your collaboration and solution-focused approach
* You have curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
* You have knowledge in software development field
* You are at ease communicating in English language
