As a Purchasing Trainee you will gain hands-on experience executing material call-offs, securing supply availability, troubleshooting supply-chain disturbances, and representing the company in supplier communications while maintaining SAP master data and resolving invoicing issues. You will also develop analytical skills with Power BI and GenAI tools, learn to evaluate supplier performance, contribute to improvement projects, and strengthen practical procurement, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving abilities.

What you will do:

* Execute daily material call-off to secure material availability
* Act upon and solve disturbances in the supply chain
* Represent Ericsson at supplier meetings as the interface for daily communication
* Analyze supplier performance providing relevant input for global assessments
* Communicate supply status to relevant stakeholders
* Monitor and update the ERP system (SAP) to ensure correct supplier master data
* Monitor and solve issues occurring in the invoicing process
* Participate in supply chain improvement projects

Who We're Looking For:

* Students studying Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration or similar
* Basic knowledge of logistics, procurement, purchasing
* Fundamental Microsoft 365 skills for data handling and documentation
* Basic knowledge and skills of Power BI and GenAI tools
* Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
* Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
* High proficiency in English, both verbal and written

* Currently studying at a University or Vocational School
* Your current study course will continue after August 2026
* You have valid working rights in Estonia at least till 31.08.2026
* You are available and ready to commit to the traineeship full time (Mon-Fri) for at least standard period of 01.06-14.08.2026
