Assignment at Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Pump and Motor in Otsego, MI.
Ability to work in-office 40 hours per week during the Summer.
Your day-to-day
* HR generalist responsibilities - onboarding processes, record keeping, retention and auditing.
* Talent Acquisition: Sort and process incoming resumes, participate in interviews.
* Participate on the Engagement HPT - team member recognition programs, community outreach/philanthropy, and other events.
* Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
* Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with clients both internal and external.
* Other duties as assigned.
Who we are looking for
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a business field, preferably with an HR Minor. Preferrable junior class status.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
* Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
* Able to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions.
* Strong project management skills required to support multiple projects simultaneously.
