Job Description

Trainee supporting the whole onboarding processes mainly at the Hungarian but also UK market.
Supporting the administration of the new entries, communication with them
Supporting the contract preparation
Supporting the administration processes also in SAP
Performing quality checks
Supporting the Onboarding Days of new entries

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications

Ongoing University Studies (Bachelor / Master) in Hungary for at least one more year
Interest for Business Administration
Interest for Human Resources
Interest in IT processes
Fluency in English (written and spoken) any other languages (German, Czech, Slovakian, Serbian) are an advantage
Native Hungarian
Attention to detail
Precise working style
Weekly minimum 30 hours
MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
