Compliance Internship

Description du poste:

Within the Compliance and Oversight Function , the intern will support Senior Team members in the following activities:
* Monitoring Information Flows: Track and ensure the timely receipt of compliance-related documentation from affiliates (e.g., reports, plans, updates); Maintain and update internal dashboards or trackers to monitor submission status and deadlines
* Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management and Group-level stakeholders; Support the consolidation of data received from affiliates into structured reporting formats
* Project Management Support: Help organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points; Support internal initiatives aimed at improving oversight processes or documentation quality, fostering innovation
* Review of Compliance Plans and Reports: Participate in the initial review of compliance plans and periodic reports submitted by affiliates; Help prepare feedback summaries or recommendations for internal use

Profil requis du candidat:

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Master's degree
* Fluency in English and Italian, with a minimum C1 level in both languages. Knowledge of other European languages a plus
* Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
* Previous experience in the compliance field is a plus
