Job Description

As part of Robert Bosch Morocco digital transformation strategy, this internship contributes to optimizing internal processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and exploring AI-based solutions.
This final-year internship (PFE) focuses on innovation, digitalization, and data-driven transformation projects.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
* Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
* Contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions aligned with business needs
* Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and usability
* Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to support KPI tracking, reporting, and decision-makin
* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in close collaboration with the Data Manager
* Explore and apply AI agents to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, enhance data analysis, generate actionable insights and develop intelligent assistants or proof-of-concept solutions.
* Document developed solutions and methodologies, and contribute to the final internship report
* Present analyses, results, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

EDUCATION
* Final-year student in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Information Systems, or a related field
SKILLS
* Strong interest in digital transformation and innovation
* Solid foundations in data analysis
* Knowledge of Power BI
* Familiarity with:
* SQL / Advanced Excel
* Python (a plus)
* AI / Machine Learning / AI Agents (basic knowledge or strong motivation to learn)
* Analytical mindset, autonomous, and proactive
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
* Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools is essential for handling large datasets and performing calculations.
