Job Description
Data Governance
* Data Sensitivity Mapping: Assist in identifying, classifying, and mapping sensitive data based on the regional standard of data classification.
* Data Privacy Compliance: Help review and align current data handling practices with the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
* Data Privacy BAUs: Actively monitor data inventories and compliance trackers to ensure day-to-day Business-As-Usual (BAU) data privacy operations run smoothly.
* Process Improvement: Assist in the review and improvement of data privacy templates, intake forms, and operational policies to streamline governance workflows.
Information Security
* Risk Assessments: Support in tracking internal risk assessments, documenting vulnerabilities, and monitoring remediation efforts.
* Policy & Standards Documentation: Help review, update, and draft information security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on industry frameworks.
* Security Awareness Training: Contribute to the creation of educational content, newsletters, and phishing simulation materials to promote security awareness among employees

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
* Basic understanding of core information security principles (e.g., the CIA Triad), data management, and data privacy concepts
* Proficiency with Google Sheets (data manipulation, Appscript, formulas) for maintaining trackers and inventories.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in data, logs, trackers, or documentation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and drafting policies, forms, and templates.
* Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive corporate data with the utmost professionalism.
* Amenable with a hybrid setup
