Travel Administration Intern - IEFP Internship

About the role:
The Travel Administration Intern supports the Travel team to deliver transactional services in the area of Travel and Expenses.

What you will do:
* Supports the Travel team to deliver HR transactional services in the area of Travel and Expenses to the organization as well as activities in accordance with established guidelines so that T&E matters are administered quickly, accurately, in high quality as well as according to the policies and legal regulations.
* Maintains T&E reports in an information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure. Performs quality checks and secures HR process delivery as defined in policies and legal regulations.
* Provides input to the key contact (team leader, manager) regarding needed changes, inefficiencies, or other possible issues.
* Responds to enquiries and assist employees, managers to ensure that the information provided in Concur is accurate and complete. Follow-up with employees to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete.
* Maintains requests received via ServEss and secures that tickets are resolved withing the agreed timeframe.
* Assists in communications to employees and line managers.
* Ensures compliance with GBS quality standards, other Essity policies and guidelines such as MICR (Minimum Internal Control Requirements) as well as legal regulations in the T&E area.
* Contributes to finding and implementing effective solutions.
* Works in the team to support each other (e.g., backup solutions etc., onboarding and knowledge transfer).
Who you are:
* You have a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Audit, accounting or similar
* You are enrolled in the IEFP.
* Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, with the ability to learn and adapt, apply sound judgment and logical thinking, maintain a customer-driven mindset, and stay highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
