Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As an Order Management Trainee for Supply Chain, you will support order management activities in our Competence Center. You will gain experience working in a dynamic Supply Chain & Customer Logistics Management environment.
* Operational Efficiency and Management: Process customer orders and forecasts accurately and on time in SAP, and perform shipment initiation, standard and non-standard, on time
* Process Improvement: Support standardization and automation initiatives, working closely with our system and process experts, and embrace process and systems changes through supported self-learning
* Internal Customer Support: Provide administrative support to the customer facing supply chain function, resolve issues, and manage workflows for electronic messages from customers. Maintain customer product data and collaborate with the customer facing team members in our CRM System to meet service level agreements
* Team Support: Support the team in the achievement of our corporate KPIs and perform team tasks as agreed to support the business
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You have strong organizational and time management skills with a solution-driven approach and attention to detail, and urgency. You work with a "Zero Defect" and internal customer service mindset.
* Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of SAP ERP applications and CRM system is a plus
* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and spoken communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
