🚀 The program is rotational and offers you the opportunity to work in key areas of the Supply Chain, including production, maintenance, quality, and other core operational functions. Throughout the traineeschip, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to different areas of our Supply Chain operations. You will also participate in technical learning sessions, workshops and real-world assignments.

Responsibilities

🔹 Traineeship Opportunities & Locations:

We are offering multiple traineeship positions within our PepsiCo Supply Chain plants:

📍 Snacks site (based in Popești-Leordeni) 📍 Beverages site (based in Dragomirești-Deal)

You will have the opportunity to gain direct exposure to industrial operations and develop your skills in one of the following areas: Production, Maintenance, or Quality.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing

As an trainee, you'll start with a 3-month traineeship (from July 13th to September 30th), with the possibility to extend up to 1 year based on your involvement and performance.

During this time, you will:

* Work on technical projects and assist in process optimization.
* Learn how to manage capital assets and innovation projects.
* Develop technical training materials and gain insights into data analysis.
* Be guided by a professional mentor and work closely with a designated buddy.
* Gain practical expertise in manufacturing & automation while learning from industry experts.

Qualifications

🔹 What We're Looking For

* Strong problem-solving mindset and a structured, logical approach.

* Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
* Good English skills.
