Operations Intern

Description du poste:

As Operations Intern, you support Voi's daily operations in London and across the UK, with a strong focus on parking, city communications and operational support for events and warehouses. You help keep our service reliable, compliant and partner-friendly, while gaining hands-on experience in urban mobility operations.
Main outcomes (6 months)
* Robust process for UK parking approvals and geofencing updates, clearly documented and followed.
* Consistent, high-quality handling of the London ops inbox and inquires, including basic reporting and dashboards for the team.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI
* Coordinate parking approvals and updates with UK cities, maintaining clear records.
* Support creation and quality control of parking IDs and geofencing changes in relevant tools
* Monitor and manage the London operations inbox, triaging and resolving operational emails and inquires.
* Support day-to-day communication with city contacts and partners
* Assist with operational planning and execution for events (e.g. pop-ups, safety events, partner activations).
* Coordinate with UK warehouses and field teams, including occasional site visits.
* Collect and structure operational data (inbox stats, complaints, parking issues).
* Use basic analytics/SQL to create simple dashboards and recurring reports.
* Keep internal documentation and playbooks up to date (parking processes, city specifics, event checklists).
WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
* Interest in operations, logistics or mobility; experience in operations, event coordination or project management is a plus.
* Comfortable working with data; willing to learn and use SQL and basic dashboard tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication in English; professional email handling.
* High attention to detail, organised, good time management and proactive follow-through.
* Collaborative, able to work closely with Operations and cross-functional teams (Policy, Product, Market Development, Fleet Management).
* Proficiency in AI tools is a plus.
