Job Description

Help shaping the future of learning at Konecranes
At Konecranes, we believe that learning is one of the key drivers of growth, innovation, and business success. As part of our global Learning & Leadership Development team, you will help create engaging development experiences, strengthen our learning culture, and support initiatives that enable employees and leaders to grow and thrive.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global corporate environment while working on meaningful projects related to learning and leadership development, learning technologies, coaching mindset, people development, and organisational transformation.
What you can do
Depending on your interests, strengths, and development goals, your responsibilities may include:
Learning Culture & Communications
* Share success stories, learning resources, and best practices across the organisation
* Help preparing communication materials to promote learning opportunities and development initiatives
* Support the management and growth of internal learning communities
Learning Program Support
* Support the planning and coordination of global learning and leadership development programmes
* Help prepare learning materials, participant communications, and evaluation activities
Learning Technology & Analytics
* Support administration of learning platforms and digital learning tools
* Assist in analysing participation, engagement, and learning data
Content Creation
* Create and edit learning content, presentations, guides, videos, and digital learning resources
* Contribute ideas for innovative and engaging learning experiences
Project Support
* Contribute to strategic projects related to learning culture, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and change initiatives
* Support coordination with internal stakeholders, external partners, and project teams
* Conduct research on learning trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and development approaches

Qualifications

Whom we are looking for
* Currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Organisational Development, Communications, or a related field
* Strong interest in learning, leadership, coaching, people development, and organisational growth
* Excellent communication skills in English, as the role involves preparing learning communications, materials, and stakeholder updates for a global audience.
* Good analytical and organisational skills
* Digital mindset and curiosity about learning technologies and AI
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating in a global team
* Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage
