About The Role

Are you prepared to support the origination and execution of M&A transactions? You'll participate in various stages of transaction execution, from the initial phase to closing.

At FTI Capital Advisors, you'll work on the most challenging mandates within the rapidly transforming Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) landscape. Our strategically placed offices around the world offer opportunities to work on diverse international mandates and you will have significant client exposure and impact.

This full-time internship will commence on 1 June 2026 and will run for a minimum duration of 12 weeks.

What You Will Do

As an Investment Banking Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions, getting involved in certain stages from origination to closing. You'll help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses using Excel.

Furthermore, you will assist in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance. Conducting thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesizing complex analyses into actionable conclusions will be essential aspects of your responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

What You Will Need To Succeed

* Candidates with a bachelor's or master degree in accounting, business administration, finance or economics will be considered.
* Some experience in investment banking / corporate finance with leading firms.
* Past transaction experience in M&A and capital markets is highly preferred.
* Sound understanding of Corporate Finance principles and methodologies, as well as key fundamental accounting principles.
* Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong financial modelling, analytical and overall advanced excel skills.
* Basic knowledge or interest in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) industry.
