Responsibilities We are looking for an HRBP Intern to support our team in driving key HR initiatives. This role will focus on market trend analysis, English proficiency enhancement programs, and daily HR operations. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop valuable skills in communication, coordination, and content creation. - Market Trends Newsletter: Research and compile a bi-weekly market newsletter, summarizing key industry trends and insights for internal stakeholders. - English Proficiency Program Support: Assist in managing and promoting internal English learning initiatives, including content organization, activity planning, and participant engagement. - Daily HR Operations: Handle administrative and operational tasks related to HR projects, such as scheduling, data tracking, and internal communication. - General HRBP Support: Assist with other HRBP-related initiatives, including employee engagement, recruitment, and company culture activities as needed

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields. - Interest in HR, learning & development, and market research. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualification(s) - Previous work experience or internships in content writing, HR, or project coordination is a plus.
