Introduction

Are you a motivated undergraduate student (ideally 3rd year) studying Technology, Business, Economics, or Finance? Join IBM as a Finance & Technology Trainee and gain hands-on experience while studying!

This is a part-time role designed for students who combine business thinking with technological awareness and enjoy working with data to support modern business decisions.

No coding experience is required - this is not a developer role.

Your Role And Responsibilities

What You'll Do

* Work with data (big and small) to support business decisions
* Analyze complex problems and provide insights
* Apply business and analytical thinking in real projects
* Collaborate with teams and communicate findings clearly

Program Details

* Contract: 12 months, part-time (24 hours/week)
* Start Date: 1.2.2026
* Salary: 750 EUR/month (gross)
* Continuous training and career development

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* University student in Economics, Business, Technology, or related fields
* Business acumen with analytical and logical thinking
* Ability to work with and analyze data to support decisions
* Problem-solving skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment
* Effective communication and teamwork skills, proficient in MS Office and active English (intermediate/Business level)
