LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition & Communication Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and work alongside experienced professionals.
Core Responsibilities
* Support recruitment administrative activities throughout the hiring process.
* Assist in preparing onboarding materials, coordinating schedules, and organizing welcome activities for new hires.
* Create engaging communication materials to support employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal events.
* Support employer branding initiatives through social media content, career fairs, and university partnership activities.
* Provide administrative support and assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Do You Have What It Takes
* Third- or final-year university student, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva; knowledge of Photoshop or other design tools is an advantage.
* Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design and content creation.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Passionate about Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Communication.
