Activities

Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Petrochemicals & Refining Belgium, based in Brussels!
Within the various MBC departments (commercial, operations, back office, logistics, purchasing, etc.), you will join the team in charge of a strategic transformation program aimed at harmonizing the digital ecosystem, securing data and application referentials, accelerating process automation, and deploying a unified performance management framework based on Power BI KPIs across the entire scope.
Working closely with the project leaders, you will play a key role in structuring, executing, and monitoring the program's activities. This VIE position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale operational transformation, interacting with business, IT, data, and digital teams in an international environment.

Main responsibilities:

* Supporting the governance and steering of the A3 project
* Mapping, reviewing, and rationalizing digital tools
* Contributing to data governance and technical identity management
* Supporting process automation initiatives
* Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and performance management tools
* Supporting change management and capability-building initiatives

Candidate Profile

Education

* Graduate from an engineering school, usiness school or university (Master degree), with a specialization in digital transformation, data management, information systems, business intelligence, or AI.

Key Competencies

* Good knowledge or first experience in IT or digital environments
* Strong interest in data, digital tools, and collaborative platforms
* First exposure to project coordination is an asset
* Ability to organize information, understand complex topics, and clearly summarize key points, with a structured mindset and an interest in continuous improvement / Lean principles
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with the motivation to actively contribute to projects in a dynamic and evolving environment

IT Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially:
* Excel (including Power Query)
* PowerPoint
* SharePoint
* Good knowledge or first experience with Power BI

Languages

* French: Advanced level (C1)
* English: Upper-intermediate to advanced level (B2/C1)
