JUNIOR DIGITAL MANAGER

As an Junior Digital Manager you play a part in the digital strategy of (COMPANY NAME) Benelux on e-retail and e-commerce websites by improving online visibility of all our brands and by coordinating online marketing plans.

You will be reporting directly to the Digital Manager and work closely with the marketing and sales teams in The Netherlands and Belgium.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities (amongst others):

E-retail

* Define, implement and follow-up various e-retail activations on online retailers.
* Act as day to day operational contact for our client's digital teams.
* Support local marketing and sales teams with insights and advice regarding our online business.
* Product & brand page optimizations and enrichments (texts, product visuals, banners, landing pages, videos, brand rooms, reviews, etc.) on all retailer websites for all the brands sold in the Benelux market.
* Manage from a-z product review campaigns for the Netherlands and Belgium

E-commerce

* Follow-up and create marketing activations for both DTC websites (incl. GWP banner creation with graphic designer, newsletter translation (FR) and SEA briefing)
* Analyse results on SFCC and Google Ads + brainstorm with Digital Manager to improve performance
* Manage NARS PRO admissions and support events with NARS teams
* Manage (COMPANY NAME) blog on SFCC + optimize blog to improve SEO performance
* Maintain close contact with the DTC teams at the headquarter in Paris (CRM, e-merch etc.) for activations as well as optimisations

Requisiti del candidato:

* Master degree (preferable marketing, digital, economics or similar degree from university or business school)
* Prior experience in the beauty industry on the digital department (e-retail or e-commerce) would be helpful
* Knowledge about Social Media campaigns, SEA and SEO is key
* Passionate and energetic teamplayer with excellent communication skills
* Ambitious, assertive and resultdriven mindset
* Ability to multitask and be organised with attention to detail
* Ability to analyse data
* Advanced knowledge of the Office package
* Passionate about digital innovations and the future it holds!
* Excellent written and spoken communication in English, French and Dutch would be a plus
* Interest in beauty (skincare, fragrance and make-up)
