With more than 110,300 employees and a turnover of EUR16.4 billion, we are proud to have been the market leader in automotive suppliers for a century. The site of Mioveni in Romania is focused on Thermal Systems. Our department is looking for a VIE Finance VIE for 12 months renewable.

Your challenges?

- You will provide support to the Finance department
- You will be the interface to Shared Services Center for supplier payments & litigations (late/no invoice bookings, missing receptions of goods, quality/logistic claims etc)
- You will fixe assets follow up (assets in progress, start of depreciation, physical inventory, write off)
- You will do travel expenses follow-up (check, send to SSC for booking, follow-up of clearing)
- You will be in charge of local file archiving (invoices/supporting documentation linked to the site) if not centralized in the SSC

Requisiti del candidato:

Let's talk about you…

- You are graduated from a Master degree in Economic studies or Finance.
- You already have excellent experience in Microsoft Excel
- You have a fluent level of English
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
- Finance experience and SAP FI-CO knowledge is a plus
