The Watch Merchandising Specialist primarily responsibility will be to liaise between the Merchandising and Wholesale teams to execute business decisions and provide support to all cross-functional teams. The WMS will partner with Product and Visual Merchandisers to develop, manage, and execute merchandising strategy for key business partners with the guidance and support of the Merchandising Manager and Director. This role supports the Merchandising and Wholesale team's strategic vision by managing products to help drive superior product merchandising decisions. This role will support growth initiatives by helping the business understand performance by aesthetic line, product planning, and ad hoc analysis. This role is required to demonstrate professional judgment, communicating effectively across all levels of management throughout various departments with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. You will work cross functionally with local teams, Merchandising, Customer Service, Inventory Control and Operations, and Wholesale to facilitate movements to support a growing area of the business.

COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING
* Weekly consolidation of reporting from cross functional teams to be presented to upper management to highlight key business developments in real time
* Monthly consolidation of reporting from cross functional teams to be presented to the VP of Merchandising to highlight key business developments and findings
* Creation and management of assorted Trackers to consolidate selling and transfer history from multiple sources with the ability to quickly recap information to extended team members
* VIC Order Requests to be filled from DOS network
* High End Sales
* Annual ad-hoc business reviews as needed
* Organization and ownership of the scheduling of all Merchandising x Wholesale meetings and take detailed meeting minutes that include follow up actions that are shared in a timely manner with all team members
* Timely and consistent email response and follow up
FILE AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT
* Create and maintain internal master data files for all watches sold into wholesale accounts for both Model Stock and exceptional sales
* Create and maintain presentable Model Stock file to be shared with internal and external stakeholders
* BP Database Management
* Frequent updates to live Master Merchandising BP Business File
* Frequent updates to Visual Merchandising File with images and sales achievements
* Product Allocations by Location updated with images and sales achievements
PRODUCT MOVEMENTS
* Organize, execute, track to completion all product movements from DOS network to BP
* Request and communicate all S5/S6/S7 requests to appropriate teams within BCA and Central Merchandising
* Ad-hoc movements and tracking as business requires
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
* Execute special projects and reporting assigned by Watch Director as needed to support the development of Wholesale business
* Calendar management of all special events related to brand partners and wholesale accounts and provide support as needed
* Attendance and support for BP events/activations where necessary

Requisiti del candidato:

* High Level Excel Skills & IT Applications (SAP, BW, and Power BI)
* Strong retail math skills
* Demonstrated understanding of high-end retail
* Able to accurately analyze historical data and forecast emerging trends
* Strong sense of accountability, self-drive, and the ability to function independently
* You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy being innovative and resourceful
* Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
