It brings together the main philanthropic initiatives of the AXA Group and AXA Mutual Insurance Companies, in France and in 50 countries internationally. This endowment fund aims to expand support for impactful projects in the four historical areas of AXA's philanthropy: health and science; protection of the planet; solidarity, inclusion and education; and arts, culture and heritage. Within this Department, you will be part of the Nature Division, supporting the selection, the animation and the valorization of projects done by associations and NGOs in the areas of nature, biodiversity, planet protection with a focus on "Water/ocean", "Forests" and "Soils protection". YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Scouting & Project Identification Identify and assess new non-profit organisations aligned with the Foundation's strategic priorities (biodiversity, participatory science, social-nature connections, environmental education). Monitor the associative ecosystem, calls for projects and key sector trends on an ongoing basis. Prepare concise briefing notes and recommendations for the selection committee. Administrative Support to Partners Support the administrative manager in the follow-up of funding files (agreements, reports, supporting documents). Act as a point of contact for beneficiary organisations throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of tracking tools (dashboards, partner database). Partnership Management Serve as a close, day-to-day contact for supported associations. Organise and participate in project review meetings and follow-up calls with partners. Contribute to the visibility and valorisation of funded projects (reporting, internal communications, short case studies). Governance Support Prepare briefing materials for the Foundation's governance bodies (selection committee, board of directors). Assist in drafting meeting minutes and formalising internal processes. Contribute to improving tools and methods for project evaluation and monitoring. Bridging Nature & Science Working in close collaboration with the Nature manager & Science manager on projects at the intersection of biodiversity and scientific research: Identify synergies between supported associations and the Foundation's scientific partners. Help develop an integrated approach that combines field-level associative work with scientific expertise.
