Job Description

You are joining our Transformation & PMO team, which is looking for a Assistant Project Manager, for an alternation of 2 years, from September 2026.
As part of the projects of the transformation team, you will participate in all the missions of the service by gaining autonomy over the weeks.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Participate in project management missions in a Project Management Office role: work organization, process mapping, identification of action points, preparation and secretariat of meetings & committees;
* Directly manage the components and sites of a project.
For example, you can take on the following tasks:
* Contribute to the monitoring and management of internal projects (corporate, regulatory, cross-functional...);
* Monitor and control the budget consumption of projects monitored by the team, based on accounting work;
* Check the adequacy of the settings with the information received from the Products workflow tool (PLM) and the legal documentation;
* Participate in the drafting of procedures and operating methods;
* Carry out work on the acceptance of new tools to enable the implementation of the new regulatory requirements;
* In partnership with internal control and the relevant business lines, you will contribute to the implementation of processes and tools to cover the risk areas highlighted during internal and external audits;
* Participate in monitoring delegated activities (Middle, reporting, IT) and take charge of processes and applications to support the business lines.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a Bac +4 student, you are preparing a university or business school degree, with a specialization in Finance / Consulting / Strategy.

You have knowledge of the financial markets and the Asset Management sector.

You are familiar with computer tools (notably the Office pack).

You are endowed with excellent writing, interpersonal and synthesis skills.

You are proactive, rigorous, able to listen and driven by a strong team spirit.

And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
