Nous recherchons un(e) Alternant(e) Chargé(e) Assurance Qualité Système H/F pour la rentrée de Septembre 2024 pour notre siège social basé à Rueil Malmaison (92).
Durée : 1 an

Vos missions :

Au sein de la Direction des Affaires Pharmaceutiques de (COMPANY NAME) (en lien avec le pôle Assurance Qualité Systèmes & Affaires Pharmaceutiques), vous aurez pour principales missions :

* Participation à l'activité de gestion des Réclamations qualité Produits
* Participation à la gestion des ruptures de stock Vaccins et Pharma
* Assurer la mise à jour de la liste MITM (Médicament d'Intérêt Thérapeutique Majeur) et des PGP (Plan de Gestion de Pénurie)
* Participation à la rédaction de l'Etat des lieux annuels
* Participation aux projets locaux/globaux (COMPANY NAME) d'amélioration continue

Votre profil :
* Diplôme préparé : Bac+5/6 en Pharmacie
* Rythme d'alternance souhaité : idéalement une semaine en formation / trois semaines en entreprise
* Maîtrise du Pack Office
* Anglais opérationnel
* Capacité à travailler en équipe
* Bonnes capacités relationnelles
