YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
Within the HR team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris (La Fayette), at our global headquarters starting from september or october 2025.
- Operational HR management: managing interns and work-study students within the scope (being the first point of contact for HR, handling administrative aspects of contracts, actively participating in community activities).
- Providing day-to-day support to employees in conjunction with the HRBP.
- Supporting the rollout of the HR Cycle: ensuring data quality, monitoring arrivals/departures, participating in goal setting between employees and managers, another key part of the HR cycle.
- Participating in cross-functional HR projects: SPOC HR coordination with the function community, working group related to HR process coordination, etc.
