Job Description

You join the HR Development expertise center within the Human Resources Department of Natixis CIB, which is looking for a Training Officer for a alternation of 1 to 2 years from September 2026.
The Human Resources Department supports front lines and support functions by providing them with advice and value-added solutions in their various projects and challenges for transformation and skills development.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Contribute to the daily activity of the Learning & Development team (5 people) and its numerous projects (roadmap in line with the strategic plan, continuous improvement of tools and processes, animation of the Learning offer);
* Contribute to the design and deployment of the 2026 skills development plan (analyze requests, schedule sessions, produce deliverables for the presentation and annual monitoring of the plan);
* Take charge independently of certain training offers (e.g. linguistic offer);
* Produce recurring or ad hoc reports to manage the Learning & Development activity (follow-up of requests, arbitrations,...);
* Contribute to the organization of events and the production of communication tools in order to promote training initiatives and present current events and training processes.
