Alternance - Chargé(e) de formation / Missions RH

Formation :

● Vous secondez le service Formation dans la gestion administrative de la formation
● Contribue à la planification des actions formation
● Coordonne l'organisation des actions de formation, les inscriptions et les invitations (reprise VES Learning - Réglementaire)
● Suivi du budget formation et contribution au reporting
● Coordonne la collecte et consolide les besoins de formation avec lien avec les évolutions du
plan de formation
● Soutient les collaborateurs dans l'utilisation de MyLearning
● Consolider les informations relatives à la formation aux audits
● Reçoit et analyse les évaluations des actions de formation et participe au plan d'action
● Suivi des évaluations à chaud et à froid

Communication :

● Vous élaborez des communications en lien avec la formation
● Outils, campagnes, modules de formation...

Engagement collaboratif :

● Vous aidez à la préparation des différents audits
● Vous participez à un groupe de travail du comité engagement pour contribuer à la mise en
place d'actions de mieux-être au travail
