Job Description

* To organize and manage confidential documents, correspondence, records and maintain a systematic filing system for smooth data retrieving.
* Make arrangement and reservation for flights / hotels for staff travel on company business matters.
* Support on Employees Engagement/ Welfare activities.
* Assist on in-house training preparation.
* Handle on employees insurance outpatient claim.
* Labelling, Filing & 5S to the department.
* Assist on employees recruitment , training activities.
* Perform administrative duties.
