Location & Hours: Yeovil, 37 per week, Monday to Friday

The Apprenticeship & Routes:
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us, people who are looking for an exciting career rather than just a job.

You'll get hands on experience in:
· Root cause and corrective action activities - Identifying solutions to overcome cost of poor-quality issues, reducing scrap and rework NVA activities
· Creating methods of manufacture for machining, assembling, and testing products within the factory using SAP, Siemens Teamcenter and others
· Lean manufacturing principles - 5S Workplace Organisation solutions, product efficiency and quality improvements
· Creating process sketches using CAM/CAD software

(COMPANY NAME) will provide you with the college courses to gain a HNC Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician alongside a salary, with annual uplifts, and competitive benefits.

Key requirements:
Applicants should enjoy practical and academic work and have a passion for Engineering, an interest in Aerospace, and the following skills:

· NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 in engineering or a similar subject / qual
· Four GCSE's at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent; must include Maths, English, and a Science subject. An interest in aerospace would be advantageous.
· Right to work in the UK
· Ideally hold a full UK driving licence, (not essential if you are currently working towards gaining this)
