Job Description

Sofitel Bahrain is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh hospitality graduates to start their career in luxury hotels through Accor's INSPIRE Graduate Program.
We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Graduate to join us as Management Trainee in Guest Experience Department for a 12-month development journey.

What you will learn:
* Loyalty & guest experience enhancement
* Problem resolution and service recovery techniques
* Brand service culture and LQA standards
* Leadership development and real project responsibility

Qualifications

* Recent graduate in Hospitality or Business school.
* Passionate about guest service and luxury experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
