Graduate Financial Analyst/Młodszy Analityk Finansowy

Description -
This role is responsible for providing support to the SEMA Print team.
The Graduate Financial Analyst will provide business support as required:
* Analyzing financial drivers & identify variances to plans
* Reporting operational results
* Help business counterpart to forecast the quarterly exit
* Provide recommendation to guide business team taking the right decisions
* Compliance to audit rules is a must
* Develop or enhance existing tools to simplify
* Interface with both category and finance teams from anywhere in SEMA market

Responsibilities:
* Provides financial analysis to SEMA Print
* Extract and report data in a clear and simple manner
* Provides financial analysis to ad-hoc business or finance requests
* Forecasts accuracy
* Develops an understanding of (COMPANY NAME)'s financial processes and a working knowledge of the business
* Automatize new tools to help moving to digital transformation
* Business partnering engagement
* Strong teamwork with Central and local finance teams

Knowledge and Skills:
* Good understanding of finance processes
* Good analytical skills
* Good business application skills (Excel, PowerBI).
* Good communication skills
* Good teamwork skills
* English fluent
* Good in managing priorities

Education and Experience Required:
* First level university degree with a focus in business or economics recommended
* Typically 0+ years of experience as a financial analyst
