As a Client Advisor Expert, you are a true ambassador of the Maison, offering each client a unique and personalized experience. You share and develop your expertise and passion within your category (Women's RTW) and actively support the store's management in achieving commercial objectives. Passion for the world of luxury and product expertise (Women's RTW). Successful experience in sales, ideally in a retail or luxury environment. Proven experience in your product category, for jewelry with advanced product and technical knowledge (gemstones, craftsmanship, materials). A natural mentor, able to inspire and elevate others through knowledge and example. Goal-oriented, with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail. GIA certification is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build authentic and trusting relationships. Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch, and English, with a keen sense of listening and service. Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing market and customer needs. Team spirit and openness to diversity, valuing inclusive and respectful exchanges
