Credit & Collection Team Leader

KONE BeLux has an exciting opportunity for a Credit & Collections Team Leader. Reporting to the Area Credit Manager, you will lead the Credit & Collection activities for KONE Belux. You will be coaching & developing a team of 5 local Collections Specialists & 5 Specialists in France and Romania.

A grasp of your responsibilities:
* To lead, manage, evaluate, and develop your team to ensure that the organization's strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to the established processes and budgets.
* Detect development needs of your team members so that they achieve the right level of knowledge by converting these needs into concrete action plans and targeted training.
* Create a cohesive team, you guide the team through change both from a distance and face-to-face.
* Built strong relationships with your different stakeholders in the BeLux region, develop a clear view on your customer's needs and define concrete improvement actions where needed.
* Realize a smooth collaboration with all other internal departments. You share best practices to learn from each other and to optimize our ways of working.
* You create a culture of continuous improvement and initiate actions to put these ideas into practice.
* Improve process and collection tool.

Who are you?
* You have a proven experience in the various features of Credit & Collection.
* You are strong in building internal & external networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so.
* You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
* In this position, you will be based in our office in Brussels and regularly visit our regional branches.
