Descrizione del lavoro:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Retail team in Brazil as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanisms to optimize vendor growth, and contact strategies that directly enhance our vendor development pipeline. You will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities, build scalable processes, and drive measurable improvements in lead quality and conversion rates. This position requires a data-driven professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate retail vendor acquisition.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end lead generation mechanisms to identify, source, and qualify potential retail vendors across Brazil
- Develop and optimize lead enrichment processes to enhance data quality, completeness, and actionability of vendor prospects
- Create and execute contact strategies that improve engagement rates
- Build automated workflows and tools to scale lead management operations without proportional headcount increases
- Analyze funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks, drop-off points, and opportunities for conversion optimization
- Partner with sales, operations, and business development teams to align lead management strategies with business priorities
- Establish data quality standards and governance processes to maintain lead database integrity
- Conduct market research to identify new lead sources and emerging retail segments in Brazil
- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track lead pipeline health, conversion rates, and ROI of sourcing channels
- Test and iterate on outreach approaches, messaging, and timing to maximize vendor response rates
- Document processes and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and operational consistency
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate lead management tools with existing systems
Requisiti del candidato:
- Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools
- Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)
- Experience in online retail
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
