As an SS Process Owner - Supply Chain Finance, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and standardized finance processes that support our supply chain operations. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver financial insights, maintain strong controls, and drive continuous process improvements that support business performance.

You will collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operational teams while acting as a key point of ownership for end-to-end finance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

We're looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality financial support.

HERE'S WHAT YOU´LL BE DOING:
* Lead and support end-to-end supply chain finance processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
* Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications in alignment with financial controls.
* Perform monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.
Partner with supply chain and finance teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
* Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve financial processes.
* Handle ad-hoc financial requests and provide proactive solutions to business needs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and financial reporting standards.
* Support and develop team members, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably within supply chain or operations.
* Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience supporting or leading teams is a plus.
