Route to Market Analyst

As Route to Market Analyst you will have to provide comprehensive support to the CTS Lead through advanced analytics (50%) and process management (50%) to strengthen the C&PTS Driven model, consolidate RTM information, automate workflows, support committees, and enable strategic decisions in the CCA cluster.

Your day to day:
* Analysis of RTM data and consolidation of the C&PTS model for the CCA cluster.
* Construction, automation and maintenance of BI dashboards, simulations and analytical tools.
* AS-IS / TO-BE process documentation and Agile and PDCA methodological support.
* Preparation of materials, supplies and analysis for RTM committees, commercial distribution and CCA governance.
* Support in functional definitions for IT user stories and validation of digital models.
* Integration and cleansing of data from commercial, logistics, fleet, security and RTM areas.

Who we're looking for:
* Professional with 1-3+ years in business analysis, logistics, BI, Route to market or cross-functional projects.
* Advanced Excel, Power BI, basic SQL, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, process documentation, understanding of RTM models and logistics.
* Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
* Leadership and team development experience.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
