Descripción del puesto Purpose of the position: Coordinate the development of commercial proposals at a regional level, driving the standardization of models, cost optimization, and operational efficiency through data analysis, information structuring, and the creation of solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives. Responsabilidades Coordinate the development of commercial proposals for different LATAM markets. Consolidate information from multiple teams (planning, buying, strategy, finance). Develop Excel models for cost, investment, and efficiency analysis. Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of the information presented. Adapt proposals according to the specific needs of each client. Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement within proposals. Manage delivery timelines and compliance with regional deadlines. Support the standardization of proposal processes and formats. Work closely with local and regional teams. KPIs: Reduction in proposal development time (%). Level of standardization of templates and processes (% regional adoption). Identification of cost-saving opportunities ($ and %). Consistency in pricing and commercial models across markets. Number of optimized or automated processes. Compliance with regional deadlines (%). Margin or profitability per client (supporting tracking). Cualificaciones Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation, modeling). Data analysis and information structuring. Analytical thinking to interpret information and build solid proposals. Ability to propose solutions aligned with client needs. Proactivity and ability to anticipate requirements. Organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
