More about this role
Ensure the implementation of marketing strategies (new products) and trade marketing strategies (point of sale) in the retail channel, seeking to meet the sales quota.
Supervise the salesperson's execution at the point of sale to ensure that POB (Point of Buy) guidelines are being applied.
Evaluate sales figures and design strategies according to service models to improve route profitability.
Control the maintenance of customer and route data to guarantee proper execution during visits and reliable information for decision-making.
Collection of Sell-In sales portfolio.
Ensure the numeric distribution of the main brands in the assigned territory.
Job Specific Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial area of mass consumption, traditional/wholesale channel, preferably leading sales teams.
* Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
* Intermediate English is a plus.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Power BI proficiency.
* Numerical analysis skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Communication and negotiation skills.
