About the Role
As our Infrastructure Disaster Recovery Manager, you'll lead the global strategy that keeps TD SYNNEX running. You'll define standards, run large-scale DR exercises, partner with global IT and Cybersecurity teams, and ensure our mission-critical systems can be restored quickly and reliably. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact across all regions and technologies.

What you will do
* Own the global DR strategy that keeps TD SYNNEX running smoothly during any disruption.
* Design and maintain our DR framework, standards, and recovery requirements (RTO/RPO).
* Lead large-scale DR tests across regions and technologies, driving improvements and closing gaps.
* Oversee backup, replication, and recovery platforms across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
* Partner with global IT, Cybersecurity, and leadership to ensure systems are resilient, compliant, and audit-ready.
* Act as a key escalation point during major incidents and guide teams through recovery.
* Report DR posture and deliver clear, impactful communication to stakeholders and senior leaders.

What We're Looking For
Required
* 10+ years in IT infrastructure/operations/resilience (5+ in DR)
* Experience in multinational, multi-technology environments (VMware, Linux/Windows, cloud, backup tools, network/security)
* Proven leadership of global DR programs and failovers
* Strong understanding of business continuity and risk management
* Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory requirements
Preferred
* Certifications: CBCP, MBCI, ITIL, cloud, backup/replication
* Experience with the DORA framework
