About the role

The HR Business Partner will shape and drive organisational effectiveness priorities aligned with the business growth strategy. The role partners closely with people leaders, coaching and supporting them to build, maintain a positive Employee Relations environment that enables a high-performance culture and follow-up on the going transition of some HR activities through our Global Shared Services (GBS).
As a member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), the role reports to the HR Director for Integrated Operations, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the local Plant Manager.
This is a full-time maternity cover position on a 1 year fixed-term contract, with the role primarily based onsite.

Key responsibilities

Organisational effectiveness
- Lead execution of organisational effectiveness priorities and initiatives in line with business strategy and plans.
- Responsible for people and organisation design related aspects of change programmes.
- Monitor and interpret key indicators of organisational effectiveness and ensure plans are in place to course correct as needed.
- Coach business leaders on their role in leading organisational effectiveness.

Talent management
- Drive talent management priorities aligned to business growth strategy.
- Partner with COEs to ensure individual and collective learning and leadership development solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in the assessment and selection process for critical and key leadership roles.

Reward
- Leverage reward programs to drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Partner with Reward COE on appropriate solutions to address business needs.
- Provide business insights to influence Reward COE strategy.

Employee support
- Coach leaders to build a positive employee relations environment and ensure compliance with standards through timely, data driven issue resolution.
- Provide subject matter expertise in addressing complex employee relations issues in line with the service delivery model.

Employee experience
- Challenge leaders on employee engagement and people leadership accountabilities.
- Support people leaders on the creation and execution of ourVoice engagement plans.
- Proactively collaborate with leaders to promote and build a more inclusive workplace.

Qualifications and skills

- Previous HRBP experience, including working with unions and collective bargaining agreements.
- Strong track record of driving engagement initiatives and delivering talent management activities that build high performing teams.
- Languages: Danish and English, fluent.
- Ability to lead creative and agile problem solving, bringing innovative solutions to a matrix organisation.
- Strong communication skills and gravitas when dealing with sensitive situations and multiple stakeholders and agendas.
- Demonstrated capability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting team development, fostering collaboration, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
- Skilled coach, able to develop others through thoughtful guidance, feedback, and empowerment.
