Are you looking for a student position for 10-15 hours a week where you can build practical experience in Human Resources while gaining exposure to the commercial side of an international business? At Perfetti Van Melle, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Business Support Student Assistant to support our Danish organization.
We are based in the attractive area of Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen.

What You Will Do

HR Support (approximately 75%): recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, HR administration, payroll and benefits support, training coordination, employee engagement activities, HR projects and reporting.
Business Support (approximately 25%): coordinate product samples and materials, manage shipments, monitor inventory, support budget tracking, and assist with events, launches, and operational projects.

Who You Are

Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, Marketing or related field. Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Fluent English.
