The purpose of this position is to deliver a high-quality customer experience to GN Hearing customers in the Nordics supporting our organizational goal to provide reliable service in the industry. We are looking for Customer Care Team Lead for the Nordics and Global Partner Sales who will be responsible for leading and developing the team while directly participating in daily operations.
You ensure that priorities are clear from the start of the day and that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will handle complex issues, monitor order and performance statistics, and be prepared to adjust to evolving customer needs.
The team you will be part of
You will be part of the Customer Care team in our Headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark and it is a full time and onsite position. Your direct report will be the Customer Care Manager and some travel is expected.
This team is next to the sales department and the training team responsible for the overall customer experience and therefore brand image of GN products.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
* Supporting the team in daily operations, ensuring clear prioritization of tasks true the day
* Participating in order processing and daily customer interactions
* Following up on order and performance statistics and using data to optimize processes
* Solving complex issues and escalations while maintaining oversight of daily operations
* Ensuring flexibility and the ability to handle unexpected changes throughout the day
* Motivating and developing the team through coaching and guidance
* Lead the onboarding and training of new team members
* Assess where training is needed and arrange it in collaboration with stakeholders
* Have solid organizational skills and be able to prioritize effectively
