Join our Global Finance & Legal Transformation team and be part of our work to unlock value and drive transformation.
Within L'Oréal's Global F&L Transformation team, the EPM FP&A Functional Analyst provides functional and technical support on Compass - the Group's worldwide FP&A application built on IBM Cognos Analytics & Planning - used by 2,500 controllers across all closing, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.

Beyond operational support, the role acts as a strategic bridge between field users and product teams, contributing to the Compass transformation roadmap, change management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives (including AI/GPT-powered tools), using Agile methodology.

This position is ideal for a Finance profile (Controlling, FP&A, Reporting, or Consulting) with EPM experience, strong communication skills in French and English, and a genuine drive to shape the future of finance tools at group scale

Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:

* Provide functional and technical support to our 2,500 Group controllers on Compass, our worldwide Financial Planning & Analysis application, especially during close and reporting periods.
* Act as a key bridge between business users and product teams, channeling field insights on pain points and needs to actively influence the Compass transformation roadmap.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects, such as the Compass Companion/GPT or other initiatives, to optimize support efficiency using Agile methodology.
* Drive change management and training, developing user guides and communication initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of new Compass features.
* Coordinate with Finance and Systems stakeholders (Group Reporting, IT, Magnitude team) during significant structural changes like reorganizations or acquisitions.

The skills that you will need to make an impact:

* A Master's degree in Finance or Management with initial experience in a finance role (Controlling, FP&A, Reporting, or Audit).
* A strong understanding of finance processes (close, budget, forecast) and experience with an EPM solution; proficiency in Compass is a significant asset.
* A curious, service-oriented mindset with a genuine enjoyment for helping others and solving problems.
* The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Here's what lets us apart - and what you can expect from the journey with us.
