You will be a key member of the Operations leadership team and act as the trusted partner of the technical plant manager and as well as the shareholders' advocate. The financial management of the plant lies in your hands. By delivering highest degrees of transparency, you make clear what counts in order to improve the overall plant performance. Your excellent leadership capabilities support you to form a high-performance culture in your team.

Your future role.
* You have full P&L responsibility for one manufacturing plant.
* You are responsible for Financial Planning and Controlling of all relevant business and support processes like cost centers, projects, productivity tracking, headcount and others.
* As a key player you define the plant strategy and you are in charge of the achievement of strategic and business objectives incl. lean and change management.
* You are the trusted partner of Sales when it comes to Sales Support and Pricing Management and act as a team with them to increase business success.
* You make asset management a priority by carefully deciding about the right level of stocks and by driving the improvement of payment terms.
* You continuously and proactively improve the competitiveness of the production by carefully deciding about investments and by using make or buy methodologies.
* Furthermore, you will be accountable for the integrity of books and records which includes an effective Risk Management and Internal Control System.
* You actively manage the factory supply chain and supplier structure to balance cost position, delivery reliability and quality.
* You make people development, succession planning and diversity an absolute priority.
Your profile.
* You own a university degree in business administration with long-term experience in manufacturing environment and in finance management position level.
* You bring broad leadership experience and experience in managing managers.
* Additionally, you have manufacturing controlling experience, Supply Chain Management and / or Sales experience would be a plus.
* Furthermore, you have a strong sense of ownership, you are able to work independently and take initiative.
* As an entrepreneur, you think creative, stay up to date with external trends and drive transformation to ensure sustainability.
* With a flair for mastering complexity and building trust with others, intercultural proficiency and an open approach to working on a global scale, your personal profile is completed.
* Fluent German and English language skills are required.
