Job Description:

* Holistic management and development of relationships with existing and new clients, with a strong focus on activation
* Communication, presentation, and active sales of marketing campaigns across the entire marketing funnel, as well as (depending on the partner) managed services for our tools
* Independent planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Graphic Design, Retail, Partner Business, and Marketplace)
* Supporting partners in setting up Sponsored Products and Sponsored Content campaigns
* Analysis and post-campaign evaluation, including KPI tracking and identifying optimization opportunities
* Operational support within your team and for your lead on projects and within the managed services area
* Creation of offers and invoices in the CRM tool Salesforce

Qualifications:

* Degree in business, media, communications, or a comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in account management, CRM, sales, or project management, ideally in e-commerce
* Proficient in MS Office
* Customer-oriented and communicative, with a passion for working with partners
* Analytical thinking and solid numerical understanding
* Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
