YOUR ROLE

* Develop B2B strategies, frameworks and guardrails for branding, marketing, customer activation and internal / external communication

* Provide guidance to specific programs to enable effective brand management, marketing, customer activation and communication

* Develop, co-create and steer internal communication incl. events, in close alignment with other activities driven by Transformation Office

* Analyze and benchmark own vs. competitor's marketing and communication activities

* Measure and report success and impact of campaigns and initiatives

* Act as point of contact for questions related to brand, marketing, customer activation and communication

* Collaborate with branding, marketing and communication teams and creative agencies (incl. steering of related resources)

YOUR SKILLS

* Master's degree in communication, marketing, business administration or similar field

* Profound work experience (5+ years) and proven track record in B2B marketing, customer activation, communication, and/or change management

* Ideally, broader experience with diverse business functions such as sales, business development etc.

* Ability to develop strategies and frameworks, transform into actionable steps and ensure their implementation across multiple teams and stakeholders

* Excellent stakeholder management & influencing capabilities

* Proactive mindset and change agent attitude as well as a collaborative spirit and strong team orientation

* Structured working mode and ability to handle competing priorities

* Fluent English language skills, German is a plus
