Responsibilities

How you can make an impact
* Support our Talent Acquisition experts with exciting projects and a wide range of topics, helping to shape the future of recruiting
* Develop focused content for global platforms and help empower recruiters and hiring managers by making knowledge accessible and visible
* Take on tasks in data maintenance, reporting, and analysis; create reports and maintain dashboards to support fact-based decision-making
* Create engaging presentations and social media posts on global Talent Acquisition topics and HR communication in the location
* Support the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational activities
* Take ownership of special tasks within a variety of HR projects, contributing independently to impactful initiatives

Qualifications

What you bring
* Current university enrollment with interest in a longer-term working student role of around 20 hours per week
* Advanced studies in Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
* High sense of responsibility, especially when handling sensitive data
* Very accurate working style combined with strong organizational skills and a quick grasp of new topics
* Motivated and proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in working with people
* Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of working with Excel and HR Dashboards as well as a flair for designing appealing PowerPoint presentations
* Strong communication skills, openness, and an independent, structured working style-with attention to detail when working with data and processes
* Very good German and English skills, written and spoken, for working in an international environment
* First relevant practical experience (e.g., internships or previous working student roles)
