Product Associate, Data Products ( 6 to 18 months of work exp)

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Associate to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered data products and AI Agents. This role is ideal for a recent graduate from a top B-school or engineering school, with strong academic foundations in Generative AI, AI/ML, or demonstrable experience through projects, internships, or research.
As a Product Associate, you will work closely with product leaders, data scientists, engineers, and design teams to shape product strategy, define features, and support execution end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity to learn fast, take ownership, and contribute directly to building cutting-edge AI products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to define product requirements and user stories.
* Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to discover opportunities.
* Translate AI and GenAI capabilities into meaningful product features and customer value.
* Work with cross-functional teams to drive execution and deliver product increments.
* Support experiments, A/B tests, and insights generation to inform product decisions.
* Analyze product metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and track feature performance.
* Contribute to product documentation, GTM materials, demos, and stakeholder communication.
* Stay updated on AI advancements, particularly LLMs, Agents, Retrieval, Model evaluation, and emerging technologies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager

Requisiti del candidato:

Required Qualifications:
Recent graduate (0.6 - 1.6 year work experience) from a top B school or engineering institute.
Strong academic foundation in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or relevant coursework.
Demonstrated interest in AI via projects, internships, Kaggle/competitions, certifications, thesis, etc.
Solid analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure abstract problems.

Basic understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and UX for AI driven products (a plus).
Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or prototyping tools (optional but beneficial).
Demonstrates strong communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively interpret data and convey it as a compelling narrative
