Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of digital media plans across key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
* Work with planners to translate briefs into structured media recommendations and channel approaches.
* Analyze campaign performance and extract insights to support optimization and future planning.
* Prepare reports, decks, and campaign documentation with accuracy and clarity.
* Coordinate with internal teams and platforms to ensure campaigns go live smoothly and on time.
* Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and audience behavior.
A Bit About You
* Around 1 year of experience in digital/media planning, or strong internship experience in a similar space.
* Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads (campaign setup, reporting, or optimization).
* Comfortable working with data (Excel / Google Sheets) and translating numbers into basic insights.
* Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple timelines.
* Curious and proactive, willing to ask questions and learn fast.
* Good communication skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
