About the team
The (COMPANY NAME) Professional Services team is focused on helping all our customers, from global enterprises to ambitious startups, quickly adopt and integrate (COMPANY NAME)'s capabilities. Our (COMPANY NAME) Accelerate offering is a core part of our services portfolio, primarily supporting startups and SMBs with a more scalable onboarding approach.
Users receive proactive guidance from our Accelerate team to ensure a successful launch, with a 90-day onboarding engagement. Users also gain access to a personalized online user portal and implementation resources to stay aligned with (COMPANY NAME)'s best practices.

What you'll do

As the User Onboarding Manager you'll own the relationships with our customers and be responsible for guiding them to successful (COMPANY NAME) implementations. Working closely with our Accelerate Onboarding Specialists team, you'll proactively engage users and shepherd them through the integration process.

Responsibilities

* Proactively engaging and guiding users through the (COMPANY NAME) implementation process.

* Closely partnering with our sales team (Account Executives) to ensure a smooth handoff, including deal scoping and making sure users have the right level of implementation offering attached.

* Unblocking and enabling users by facilitating internal (COMPANY NAME) processes and managing (COMPANY NAME)-owned tasks on their behalf.

* Monitoring the Sales pipeline for upcoming projects and managing the health of your portfolio of user projects overseen by your squad of Onboarding Specialists.

* Leading and coordinating end to end delivery of the program, Onboarding Specialists, and other (COMPANY NAME) experts to deliver onboarding support and address user questions

* Driving continuous improvement of the Accelerate onboarding offering, including owning initiatives like user communication, product enablement, process optimization, and data intelligence.

* Measuring and reporting on the progress and completion of user implementations.

Who you are

Minimum requirements

* Corporate internship or 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

* Experience in a customer-facing environment

* Strong analytical, quantitative and operational capabilities

* Comfort in operating in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment

* Experience collaborating on multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously

* BSc or equivalent degree in a related field (technology, business administration, project management etc,)

* Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications

* Strong technical aptitude

* Project management training or certification

* Ability to communicate in French & English

* Payments/ ecommerce experience

* Experience working in a Professional Services organization or in a customer success/support organization

* A familiarity with APIs
