Job Description

* We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Specialist to manage and optimise our portfolio of Mobilize Financial Services products and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring our offerings meet market demands, regulatory standards, and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to drive product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
* Acquire, develop, and maintain relationships with the retailer network to generate profitable business and ensuring that agreed service levels are met.
* Pricing & budgeting of MFS products (non-financial) to ensure in line with company objectives.
* Management of all product processes ensuring operational excellence and smooth workflows.
* Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
* Provide training and support to sales teams on product features and benefits.
* Collaborate with the various stakeholders (sales, finance, retail network) to ensure strong deployment of product offering.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
* Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management
Main KPI's
* Efficient workflows and strong operating modes for all products.
* Sales penetration rate of MFS Ireland financial products and services.
* Optimisation of profitability on product portfolio.
* Ensure company procedures and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
Requirements
* Highly organised with effective time management skills
* Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate credibly with internal & external stakeholders
* Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
* Have excellent data manipulation skills and presentation skills i.e. Excel, Microsoft office skills
Key Liaisons
* Sales Department, Retailer Network, Finance Department, MFS Ireland Management committee, Car manufacturer Renault / Dacia: Sales & marketing department.
Product Portfolio
* Include Car Servicing plans, Used Car warranties, car centric insurance products like GAP Insurance, Key Loss insurance and SMART car insurance.
